Now that 2009 is coming to a close, I'd like
to wish all our visitors to this site a very Merry
Christmas and a Happy New Year.
2009 was, personally, a pretty good year for Residentclubber.co.uk. A year in which the site
is still going strong and reached the grand old age of 8 years old and
surpassed 140,000 hits in the process - we
celebrated with a retrospective look back over the
years with the
best of the photo galleries. I also visited Ibiza
for the first time - better late than never - and
absolutely loved it so plan on going back again in
2010, and enjoyed the various road trips to London, Cardiff, Birmingham
and of course the annual trip to Global Gathering. I really enjoy the trips out of town every once
in a while, to shake off that repetitive feeling and
to experience the sights and sounds
that seem to not be present in some quarters of the local nightlife.
Although, there are now a small handful of nights in
Leamington that are worth going to - The
Assembly's Cortina Nights and Privé at Mumbai
Bluu for example.
And so with the start of the
new year, Residentclubber.co.uk will have a slight
tweak to the way it looks, nothing too drastic but a
more streamlined appearance and a clean up behind
the scenes, along with the usual removal and
archiving of all of the 2009 photo galleries (except
for December's) to make way for the new 2010
galleries.
So, if you're out and about Leamington
on tonight and/or New Year's Eve, as we are - I hope
you all have a great time and we 'll be back in 2010
for more fun and frolics!
